HISTORY
The Department of Bachelor of Commerce (General) was established in the year 1997 with one section. In due course due to the input of students strength, another section was added in B.com General. At present, there are two sections in our department with major strength of 400 students. There are eight qualified faculty members in our department. Recently we have applied for PG Programme M.Com General and awaiting for the approval of University of Madras. We constantly take efforts in motivating and encouraging our students in participating various inter collegiate and intra collegiate competition.
The course is designed to provide students with a wide range of Managerial skills and understanding various streams like Finance, Economics, Accounting, Taxation, Tally and Management in India.
